Realme 7 Series India Launch: Specs, Price and Launch Date

 


Realme is planning for the Realme 7 series India launch soon. The company’s main series in India will have two models like before – Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro. The two smartphones have teased in various leaks. A recent leak shows the first look of the Realme 7 series via banners outside a retail store. The leak indicates that the series will have a 64MP Sony camera and will also support fast charging.

Earlier, Realme India CEO took to Twitter to tease the launch of the new ‘7’ series.

The design of the Realme 7 series remains a mystery at the moment. However, the leaked banner image shows a rectangular-shaped quad-camera setup on the back that hasn’t been seen on any Realme phone in India yet. As for the front, they may come with bezel-less displays with punch-hole design.

Now coming to the leaked specifications of the Realme 7 series smartphones. According to the recent source, Realme 7 will come with a 90Hz IPS LCD. The poster also says “Sony 64MP Quad Camera” and “India’s Fastest Charging”. It will also feature a 64MP primary camera at the back. The phone will feature MediaTek Helio G95 and will be powered with a 5,000mAh battery supported by a 30W fast charging.

Talking about the specs of Realme 7 Pro, it may come with a 60Hz OLED display panel as demanded by the Realme fans in a poll on Twitter. The 7 Pro will sport an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.

As for the camera, it will also sport a 64MP primary rear camera with a Sony sensor. The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 720G processor. Lastly, it will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.

The upcoming Realme smartphones are likely to run on Android 10 with Realme UI on top.

Realme 7 Series Price

Coming to the price, as per the reports, the Realme 7 series will be priced higher than the Realme 6 series. The company may raise the price because it is adding some upgraded features in the devices. As per a leak, the Realme 7 price in India may start at Rs. 13,999 while Realme 7 Pro could be priced somewhere between Rs 17,000-Rs 20,000.

Several reports from industry sources reveal that the Realme 7 series India launch may happen on September 3.

Meanwhile, Realme will be launching its next phones in its X series dubbed as Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro in China on September 1.
